This is how we roll...

Ok, so I have no menu yet for the week because I have been decorating like mad and running to dentists, etc... It's Monday. I know. This week is going to suck. Too much going on, not enough time. You know how it goes.

Anyway...picture this...our reindeer van above pulling through pick up at school. Good times people I tell you!

I was able to see the 11 year old grimace, bury her head in her friends shoulder, rub her face and look around. PRICELESS.

Kids were pointing. Her friend was cracking up.

She pulled it off though she told them that we had our ride pimped. From what I know there was a show called Pimp My Ride on MTV. I don't if it's still on or what, but they take some one's car and fix it up and then surprise them with it.

There was a commotion over it, but luckily I saw each kids reaction. They are so funny.

Hubs reaction went like this:

Me: Did you ever think you'd be riding in a reindeer van?

Hubs: No. It's dorky.

Me: Oh C'mon...you were dorky when I met you, you can't put it all on the reindeer.

Hubs: *chuckling* You are soooo wrong.

hehe, I am aren't I ?

I have to admit, Wii almost took it back too.

The kids were awful. I had one kid...ONE out of FIVE, that participated in the Halloween party and it wasn't even the oldest.

It makes me angry because Hubby and I were so excited and happy to get this for them. I ran out to go get it bright and early and I was so relieved to have it and he was happy we could afford it and then it was like slap after slap with them just misbehaving.

I had just started Christmas shopping.We decided that whatever presents we have already purchased are what they get and we are done. Even if a couple only get one present.

I think they were so spoiled by Christmas last year they think they can do what they want and still get their way.

Hubs was so upset

Hubs ordered my Christmas present early. He was so proud and he boasted to me that he even paid to have it wrapped so I wouldn't know what it was until Christmas.

Halloween day, UPS delivered it to me. As they handed it to me, this is what I saw:

Um...a few of the kids were out there with me when I walked towards the house with it and I could hear them chanting and yelling Harry Potter. I told them to be quiet because Hubs was going to be upset.

I walked up to hubs and told him UPS had delivered he looked over at me and his face kinda fell. He then rolled his eyes.

I said thank you and told him I loved it and that I would tell him again at Christmas. lol

I opened the box telling him at least it's wrapped and we'll put it under the tree when we get one. We opened the box, it wasn't wrapped. He was more upset to say the least.

As for me... I got the Harry Potter Boxset for Christmas and it's awesome! The trunk is so cool too! WHOO HOOO~!

Shh..don't tell hubby. I'm saving my excitement for Christmas day.

PS. Just wait until you see what else Hubs got me...I'm using it right now!
